TransientHomes.com is an independent online booking agent that acts as a bridge for visitors wanting to visit Baguio or any other areas posted in this website.

All prices mentioned in this site are the same prices establishment owners offer to walk-ins or through this website. We do not mark up prices, nor add any service fee for using our services. We have certain arrangements with establishment owners where we earn "referral fees" only, thus making our services free.

Most establishment owners will require "reservation fees" regarding their rented units, this is a regular practice amongst establishment owners due to the fact that a lot of people will reserve then cancel out before or on the same day of occupancy, and without the guarantee of reservation, that means a day lost on their business.

In case of reservation fee is required, we can assist you in settling out this fee to ensure your preferred unit will be reserved at your preferred date. We have setup ways where you can send the reservation amount to us and we make sure that this amount goes directly to the establishment owner.

Please be advised that cancellation of reservation does not always entitle you to a refund of your reservation/downpayment, you may wish to contact us regarding this matter in case you wish to know what process or issues a particular listing has on cancellation. Since we do not own any of the listing posted in this website, any cancellation shall be between Transient owner and visitor and Trasienthomes.com operator, webmaster, and/or affiliates shall be free from any liability and will not be held accountable for any misunderstanding/disagreement that should arises between Owner and Visitor.

Visitor shall have the full responsibility of their own items or valuables that they brought in to any transient homes listed on this website. Transienthomes.com and Transient owners shall not be responsible for any lost or damaged items while visitor is inside transient home premises.

Any item that is damaged, lost, or rendered useless through abuse or misuse shall be the Visitor's responsibility unless proven otherwise.

Terms of this site may change without any prior notice to visitors or transient owners as long as Transienthomes.com operators/administrators deemed it necessary.

We are registered through DTI and has appropriate licenses to operate so rest assured that we are not fly-by-night business or scam artists that will collect money and run, we did not go this far of registering, establishing, and spending money on operation just to scam people out.
