Situated in a private and secured neighborhood, one gate Petersville subdivision with gate guards. Foreigners  enjoy living in the area.
Best water supply in the whole of Baguio, abundant strong water. Gated and secured community. Very cozy & homey! Nice place to stay, relax & unwind !

2- toilet and bathtubs with hot & cold showers,  2 toilets without bath, with a large stone fireplace, terrace, dining, living w/ vaulted ceilings & fully equiped-kitchen & brand-new ref and complete food utensils. With caretaker to assists our guests during their stay.

Regular check-in/check-out time for most listings is 12 Noon Philippine time.
Almost all listings in this website requires 50% to 100% reservation/downpayment of your preferred length of stay which also serves as your reservation/downpayment/full payment.

If a unit is offered on a per head basis, although it may say 2 or 3 rooms, the rooms offered are shared. Usually, a room's capacity can have up to 4 person inside it which can be occupied by a group, if you wish to occupy the entire room that is designed to hold 4 people and you are below that number, you can pay for the entire room to fill up, although this can always be negotiated with the owner. Kitchen amenities, dining area, living room and all other amenities are shared.
