The two bedroom apartment is funished with a living room, kitched, 2 bathrooms, 2 hot showers, 2 bedrooms, 4 beds, stove, fridge, and high speed Internet, two baloconies with a seperate entrance.
We have extra foam pads that will allow 12 people to stay comfortably.

All rates mentioned in this site are on a "daily rate" basis unless otherwise stated.

Regular check-in/check-out time for most listings is 12 Noon Philippine time.
Almost all listings in this website requires 50% to 100% reservation/downpayment of your preferred length of stay which also serves as your reservation/downpayment/full payment.

If a unit is offered on a per head basis, although it may say 2 or 3 rooms, the rooms offered are shared. Usually, a room's capacity can have up to 4 person inside it which can be occupied by a group, if you wish to occupy the entire room that is designed to hold 4 people and you are below that number, you can pay for the entire room to fill up, although this can always be negotiated with the owner. Kitchen amenities, dining area, living room and all other amenities are shared.
